In Feudal Alloy, you don't equip armor but switch the whole body part. Each part of the body is always focused on some property as primary effect, which it always (or mostly) has, and then has another as secondary effect depending on what it is made of. The head increases the overheating temperature, the body determines the basic oil capacity, hands improve armor, and the legs determine the cooling speed. The primary and secondary effects bonuses are represented by the dot(s) next to the effect, one dot mean + 1 point boosting the effect.
